The first and second floors have all been decorated and furnished to accommodate guests in luxurious fashion. The first floor has two very large double bedrooms with their own entrance and superb bathrooms. There is a further bedroom in one of the sections, which is ideal to accommodate families. The second floor is a mirror image of the first floor. There is also a large cellar and a boiler room. The "chateau" is situated in a small village where you will find a local baker and all basic amenities within a 2 miles radius,and the city of Niort is only a half hour drive away.
