All business is through advertising on the internet, repeat bookings or recommendation. Le Moulin de la Bourgognade has a website and this along with all bookings will be handed over to the new owners.

The current owners feel there is still scope to develop the business further and would be happy to discuss suggestions with prospective purchasers. They are also happy to advise and support the new owners for a year if required.

The property was inspected and awarded a prestigious 4* classification for Meubles de Tourisme by the Comite Departmental du Tourisme de la Gironde on 30.08.2006. It has also been inspected and registered with Label France Tourisme.
